What to Eat
Chicago is a food city! It has hundreds of restaurants, including bar, casual, expensive, fine-dining, and pizza places. There are chances when the hotel you’re staying at has free continental breakfast. If you don’t have that option, you can check out The Eastman Egg Company, Lou Mitchell’s, and Pittsfield Cafe.
Lunch is surprisingly affordable in Chicago. Some of the most affordable lunches are offered at Naansense, South Branch Tavern Grille, and Xoco. There are also plenty of establishments that have affordable dinners, including Maple & Ash, Mastro’s Steakhouse, and STK Chicago. Book a reservation ahead of time so you can get a table.
