Improve your posture

Improving your posture is the most effective method for treating neck and back pain since poor posture can cause the muscles in your spine to get fatigued and, as a result, cause discomfort in the neck and back. If you want to improve your standing posture, you should imagine that there is a line that extends all the way through your head and down to the floor. If you make an effort to maintain that line straight, your posture will improve.
