Sleep is important to the operation of our human bodies. So, when you’re feeling exhausted, you may think you just need to get some rest. But sometimes our exhaustion is nothing at all what we think. Here are 10 reasons you may be feeling exhausted.

1. Poor Sleep

2. Vitamin Deficiency

10. Heart Disease

When your heart has to work hard to do its job, you are more likely to feel fatigued. Extreme tiredness is a common symptom of heart disease. Congestive heart failure will often bring shortness of breath and increased fatigue with exercise.

Undoubtedly, there will be days where fatigue is just bound to be. But if you find that you are more tired than you are energetic, you may need to seek help to banish your exhaustion.
