I have a lot of friends in different countries, and while I enjoy talking to them via Twitter, Skype, Facebook etc. I really wanted a way to speak to them when I wasn’t at the computer, preferably a way that wouldn’t cost me an arm and a leg!
So as soon as I got my iPhone I started browsing the App Store for an easy, simple app that I could use to do this, when my friend suggested Edit the way your push notifications appear in ‘Settings’.
Not only can you send messages to one person for free, you can also send group SMS, which is great when you need to get a hold of a group of people at once.
